JusticeMatters uses text messaging for the purpose of individualized communications with legal clients and with individuals who are seeking legal services from JusticeMatters. Text messages are limited to personalized content, including but not limited to case updates, case information, scheduling requests, and referrals and resources that have been requested by the individual. JusticeMatters does not use text messaging for marketing or solicitation purposes.

Opting In:
You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your phone number to a JusticeMatters staff member and confirming that you agree to receive text messages from JusticeMatters. You will receive an initial text from JusticeMatters to confirm your opt in status, with instructions on how to request help or opt out.

Opting Out:
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying to any message from JusticeMatters with the word “STOP”. You will receive a subsequent message confirming that you have successfully opted out of messages from JusticeMatters.
